Terms of Service
Service Authorization
By scheduling service with Zet Zero Mobile Detailing, the customer authorizes any work requested to be performed on their vehicle or property. Cancellation fees may be applied if the service is not cancelled more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service. No Exceptions.
Condition of Vehicle/Property
The customer agrees to disclose any pre-existing damage, defects, or special conditions prior to service. Zet Zero Mobile Detailing is not responsible for any damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, improperly installed accessories, aftermarket parts, loose trim, oxidized/otherwise damaged surfaces, or fragile materials.
Results Disclaimer
While we strive for perfection on every level of our service, it is not physically possible. While we do our utmost at the time of service for the highest quality results, complete removal of stains, oxidation, or other permanent defects is not guaranteed. Results may vary based on condition, age, and material.
Weather and Environmental Disclaimer
Mobile services are subject to weather and environmental conditions. Services may be delayed or rescheduled if conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable for the service wanted. No liability is assumed for delays caused by weather.
Access
The customer agrees to park or allow us to move the equipment or vehicle to an accessible area that allows ample room for the work being performed.
Damage Limitation
Zet Zero Mobile Detailing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.
Photo and Marketing Use
The customer permits photos and videos of the service and/or property to be used for marketing and promotional purposes.
Right to refuse Service
We have the right to refuse or discontinue service for safety concerns, unreasonable conditions, or customer misconduct.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Utah.
